 Lagering
In the process of making my first lager. It's been about 2 weeks in the primary around 50F (temp control wasn't great actually). I let it warm up a bit for a couple days as a diacetyl rest (necessary?). So now, I am about to turn the temp back down and lager for a month, should I rack it into a secondary or is it ok to leave it in the primary on the trub for the long lagering process?
Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this?
Cheers!
